Job Description

Key Roles:

1. Process and Product quality achievement during project stage and continuous improvement in serial life.

  • Identifying Resolving the Concerns and implementing the corrective actions on permanent basis for the painting defects and robot related concerns.
  • Well experience in 6 axis Robot programming and troubleshooting (offline and online) for new product and serial life parts.
  • Well experience in to solve the robot and paint gun related issues.
  • Development of jigs and hangers and painting process.
  • Parameter setting and standardisation for the painting process.
  • Improving FTT, Yield and Reducing Scrap .
